Quotes and pricing
Guide prices are indicative. Final pricing depends on survey findings, room size, heat gain, electrical supply, pipe route, outdoor unit position, access, chosen equipment and any additional work needed.
A written quotation will confirm the scope, equipment, price, deposit requirement, payment schedule and any exclusions before installation is booked. Unless stated otherwise in writing, quoted prices are subject to survey and may change if the room, route, access or electrical requirements differ from the information supplied.
Payment terms are confirmed on the written quote. Where a deposit is requested, it secures the survey, equipment ordering or installation date stated on that quote.
Cancellations, warranty and disputes
Domestic customers may have cancellation rights under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 where a contract is agreed away from business premises or at a distance. Any cancellation right, survey charge, urgent-work request or bespoke equipment order will be confirmed in writing before work starts.
Manufacturer warranty is passed through according to the selected equipment and registration terms. Workmanship warranty, service intervals, exclusions and any maintenance requirements should be confirmed on the final written quote. Damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, blocked filters, third-party work or external factors is not normally covered.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
